The Laurier Junior Suite is inspired by an evergreen shrub with attractive, shiny pointed leaves, native to the Mediterranean region. Called “laurel,” in ancient times laurel was traditionally used to weave garlands and wreaths as symbols of victory in athletic contests. As a plant, it represents success and triumph. Today its leaves are a popular ingredient in Mediterranean cuisine
