STRENGTH

The Thym Apartment is inspired by the herb thyme. It is one of the most important herbs in the Mediterranean and is a popular ingredient in the cuisine of this region. In ancient Rome it was seen as a symbol of strength, courage and sacrifice. It was even embroidered on the garments of high-ranking Roman generals.

During the Crusades, thyme was offered to knights before going into battle to give them the strength to fight.
